Day 173

I’m off the med for wo weeks and then try another kind. Now have nasal spray to clear the sinus drainage. Hope it works. Productive and pleasant lunch and beach trip with Rosalie. She is excited about OLLI and is already researching how it work. We are planning a proposal for a writing/conscious aging class. Our times together are stimulating and we are a dynamic team. Kelle enjoyed her visit with Sarah. Today is CofC and a trip to the dispensary for 1/1 oil.
