Karen’s massage was wonderful and healing. I confessed to being
fragile and vulnerable and needing alone time. She used hot rocks and singing
bowls besides her hands. I asked and I received help. Today I will use my domestic
energy to take off a layer of dust and that’s all. My hair will be tamed. It is
wild and I want a simple cap style with a shag tail. Words are circling and I
welcome them. I want a good story for
the group.
