The visitors’ center was not as busy as expected. Maybe it
was the misty windy weather. The people who came were pleasant and interesting.
I walked down to the Veterans’ cemetery looking for Wendell’s headstone but
could not find it. The lawns were moved and all the flags were blowing. It
looked well tended. Lots of other people seemed to be doing the same thing. I
had a quick dinner and went to bed early. Didn’t feel well. Today is Board of
Supervisors’ meeting.
