Day 33

Change is difficult. Losing our dog groomer after 15 years hit hard. It started with Carol’s unexpected death and now her gathering over, house sold. The house across the street is for sale and the house next door has a resident after years empty. Accepting change isn’t as easy as it once was. Yesterday Karen helped me during my massage. Her singing bowls helped balance my energy. Today is CofC. It’s been a quiet duty and I prefer busy times with lots of people
