Clean house and three walks yesterday. Today is dog wash to
start and CofC duty. Heard that my FNP is leaving and I need to find another
medical person. I like Joan and don’t
like starting over with all the paperwork history stuff. All I need is a monitor
for bloodwork and routine check-ins. So far, my needs have been modest but I
want my records with someone I trust. More walking today. I pushed yesterday to
get my heart rate up to peak.
