I was worn out by the time I came home from the center. Lots
of visitors and most were pleasant and grateful for directions. I did not walk
to Tracy’s for my adjustment. Too windy for comfort. I picked up Mexican dinner
while I was there. This morning I woke up without a headache and that’s a relief.
Now all the laundry is done, Bedroom is shiny clean and I have an open day. May
not go to the farmers’ market in the wind.
